Introduction
In the Netherlands, there is a severe shortage of skilled labor. There are over 100.000 vacancies. However in the digital world these jobs are all the rage. With simulator games for pretty much every skilled labour profession you can think of.
Idea
With Randstad Career Mode we got young gamers hyped for a skilled labour education. Every week we paired Twitch streamer Puxque with a different professional while they digitally dove into a new profession.
